Liechtenstein Striped Dress + DL

(I attempted to quickly modify the red dress I just uploaded and made this version. Hence why it's up so quickly)

So I thought this was a cute outfit and figured what the heck why not? But I wasn't sure on colour. When she wears it in Beautiful World it's blue, but I've seen art where it's red. So have both and pick your favourite.

Edit 21/3/16: Added proper undergarments for her. Oops...
